Q What does the facility fee include?
A Our facility fee includes a total package of rent, furniture, digital telephone handsets and DDI's to desk, reception facilities, refreshments, mail handling, security, cleaning, maintenance, building insurance, utilities, local taxes
Q What about Insurance?
A We provide full buildings insurance cover included within the monthly facility fee. However, customers are responsible for their own public liability, business interruption, employer's liability and contents insurance. We are able to offer you competitive quotes on all of the above, and immediate cover on your contents insurance at discounted rates, whilst you are a client with Longford Business Centres.
Q Are there any extra costs?
A Yes - you will be charged for telephone calls, broadband access and any business support services - but you only pay for what you use.
Q What additional facilities do you provide?
A As a Longford Business Centre client you will have access to impressive meeting and conference rooms, kitchens, club rooms, photocopying and fax machines, and an established facilities infrastructure with ISDN.
Q What other services are available?
A Our professional secretarial staff can provide a number of business support services such as clerical, secretarial, data processing and telecommunications support. You only pay for these services when you actually use them.
Q How can I pay?
A We require a deposit equal to two months facility fee before you move in. You can arrange to pay by cheque, direct debit or by any of the major credit cards. Your facility fee will be invoiced monthly in advance - any business support services costs will be invoiced monthly in arrears.
Q How long can I stay?
A There is no minimum agreement period and you can stay for as long as you like.
Q What notice do I have to give to leave?
A We normally require two month's written notice if you wish to vacate.
Q What if I need to work late?
A 24-hour access is available to all clients subject to signing a Keyholder Agreement. Our reception and switchboard are staffed Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm (slight regional variations may apply).
Q What will happen to my post and messages?
A All messages and post will be handled by our professional staff in accordance with your explicit instructions. Virtually all Longford Business Centres are equipped with voicemail so you can retrieve your messages at any time.
Q How will my telephone be answered?
A If you use our switchboard telephone answering service your phone will be answered either in your chosen business name by one of our professional telephonists or transferred to another number as per your specific requirements. If you are not at your desk or unable to take the call, the call will be routed to your voice mail.
Q What about confidentiality?
A We pride ourselves on training our staff to respect the confidentiality of each client. Messages, mail, copying and faxes are always treated with discretion. If you have any specific requests we will be pleased to accommodate them to ensure extra confidentiality.
Q Is there a complicated legal agreement to enter into?
A No - a simple one page contract that allows you to sign and move in on the same day.
