1. This promotion is only open to recognized agents, clients and prospective clients of Longford Business Centres. 
2. Only one entry per person.
3. The closing date for the promotion is 5.30pm on 28th February 2007. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.
4. The prize The winner will receive an Apple Ipod digital music player. In the event of this item being unavailable a similarly priced brand name Ipod will be provided. The prize will be dispatched to the winning agent within 28 days of the closing date.
5. The prize draw.  All participants who register for e-news prior to the closing date will be entered into a prize draw to be held on 2nd March 2007. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Publicity. Entrants acknowledge that their entries may be released or displayed to the public by Longford or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion, publication or of such entries to Longford . Winners agree to grant Longford or any agency connected with the competition the right to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without any additional compensation.
7. This competition is NOT open to employees of Longford or any agency connected with this competition or family members of any of these organisations.
8. Winner must be over the age of 18
9. Agents must obtain their employers permission before participating.
10. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and no cash alternative is available.
11. The promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
